Snap a bill, done

Photograph a supplier bill on your phone. LedgerPush reads the supplier, items, amounts and GST, and you confirm before it goes anywhere.

Posts straight to Tally

Reviewed bills become Purchase, Sales or Journal vouchers in TallyPrime — with the right ledgers, GST split and cost centres. No retyping.

Bank alerts to entries

Reads the transaction alert emails your bank sends you and turns them into bank entries to review and post.

Cash book from Google Sheets

Keep your daily cash book in a Google Sheet as you do today. Paste its link and LedgerPush imports the entries for you.

GST reconciliation

Match your purchase records against GSTR-2B to spot missing or mismatched invoices before you file.

Runs on your own computer

LedgerPush is installed on your PC, next to Tally. Your business records are stored on your computer, not on our servers.

How LedgerPush uses your Google data

LedgerPush asks for Google access only for the cash book import feature, and only if you choose to use it. When you click Sign in with Google, LedgerPush requests:

  • Your Google account email address — only to show you which Google account is connected.
  • Read-only access to Google Sheets — to read the cash book spreadsheet whose link you paste into LedgerPush. It cannot edit or delete anything.

The cash book entries it reads are saved on your own computer and used only to create entries in your Tally. Your Google data is never sent to our servers, never shared or sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI. You can disconnect at any time in LedgerPush's Settings, or from your Google Account permissions.

LedgerPush's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
